The same materials are sold under many other names — paint protection film, paint film, clear bra, surface protection film, wrap film, solar-control and safety film — and naming varies by region and by manufacturer. If a product is an adhesive film applied from a release liner, or a coating applied to a vehicle, watercraft or building surface, the question is which of the claim’s terms it falls under, not which trade name it is sold as.
